Shipping
All orders are...
- shipped with DPD.
- shipped directly to the delivery address shown on your booking. We do not ship to pick up points or PO Boxes.
- shipped no later than two days before your party using a next day delivery service.
Tracking
- DPD will text or email you with tracking information.
- You'll be able to see the various stages of your order as it progresses through the DPD network.
- On the morning of your delivery, DPD will text or email you with a 1 hour delivery slot. You must be available to take delivery of your order as we cannot guarantee a redelivery will occur in time for your party or event if the delivery slot is missed.
- You'll be able to monitor the progress of your delivery driver via the DPD tracking information, seeing how many deliveries away your delivery is, right up until the last 15 minutes before delivery.
Additional Tracking
In addition to the Live Tracking offered by DPD, all of our shipping boxes contain a live tracker.
This enables us to see in real time...
- exactly where every order is, 24/7.
- if one box gets separated from the rest of your order while in transit, allowing us to alert DPD as to the shipping boxes location.
- the exact time your order arrives at your door.
We politely ask that you do not remove the trackers from the shipping boxes as we need to track your order on its return journey.
