Delivery of your Silent Disco

Receiving your UK Silent Discos order...

On the morning of your delivery, DPD will contact you by text or email with a one-hour delivery window and tracking details.

Please note:

It is imperative you are available to take delivery of your order when it arrives as we cannot guarantee a re-delivery will/or can occur in time for your party or event if the delivery is missed.

DPDs tracking will allow you to see how many deliveries the driver still has to make before they reach you.
You will be able to live track your UK Silent Discos order right up until 15 minutes before it arrives with you.
Upon the arrival of your order, please inspect all boxes for any damage. Alert the courier to any damage, and if necessary, refuse the order. Please photograph any damage immediately and email the pictures to us at info@uksilentdiscos.co.uk.

Now you have your delivery from UK Silent Discos, you're almost ready to party. Yay! Whoop whoop!

Please read the next three points before opening any boxes.

Open each box in turn by removing the barcode security tag and cable ties. Keep hold of the barcode security tag as you'll need it in just a second.
The barcode security tag number should match the number written on the paperwork contained inside the box. If the barcode number and the number on the paperwork don't match, please contact us via 07907 236 890.
Inside each box, you'll find a quantities sheet detailing the number of headphones, transmitters and any other items you have ordered that are within the box. Please count all items to ensure the numbers in each box tally with the numbers on the quantities sheet. We're very good so it should be 100% accurate, but should you find anything is missing, please call us on 07907 236 890.

If you wish to make changes to your DPD delivery via their delivery options, that this is not something we condone, will be done at your own risk and it is fully advised that you read all UK Silent Discos terms and conditions regarding this, before doing so.
