Cancellation by UK Silent Discos

Should we need to cancel your booking we will issue a refund in full.

Cancellation by the customer

Cancellation is a three-step process initiated by the hirer via the email address shown on their booking.

Step 1: The customer is to call UK Silent Discos to inform us they wish to cancel.
Step 2: The customer is to confirm their wish to cancel by email to info@uksilentdiscos.co.uk .
Step 3: UK Silent Discos will respond via email confirming your cancellation.

Cancellation Fees

  • Twenty nine days or more cancellation notice: Full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee.
  • Twenty eight days or less cancellation notice: No refund.

Please note:

Booking fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the bank account, credit card or debit card, from which payment was initially made.

  • Refunds processed by Square can take up to 14 days.
  • Bank transfers will be made within seven working days of UK Silent Discos confirming the cancellation via email.
  • All refunds are made, subject to UK Silent Discos having received cleared funds.

Reserved Rights

UK Silent Discos reserves the right to not provide any hired items should we believe there is a risk of damage / theft / misuse or unlawful use of our items. Refunds in this eventuality will be at the discretion of UK Silent Discos.
