Packing your Silent Disco for Return Shipping

When you received your Silent Disco, you'll have found a packing list within each box. Please refer to these when you pack the Silent Disco for return shipping as it will tell you how many of each item you received.

1. Picture 1 - Please ensure our Tracker is at the bottom of the box so we can monitor our Silent Discos safe journey back to us.
2. Picture 2 - Please place the headphones in the box as per the image.
3. Picture 3 - Once all headphones are in the shipping box, place other items, such as transmitters, microphones and mixing consoles, on top of the headphones.
4. Picture 4 - If you are now happy that all the items you received from us have been placed in the correct boxes, close the interlocking lid.
5. Picture 5 - Stick the returns shipping label to the lid of the box, ensuring it covers the original shipping label.
6. Picture 6 - Place cable ties through the holes either end of the lid and secure tightly.
7. Please check that the lid is securely shut and cannot be opened.
8. Picture 7 - Place the numbered security tag into its hole.
9. Take several photos of the shipping box sealed is if there are any issues, you are able to evidence you packaged items correctly for shipping before they were handed to the courier.

Your Silent Disco order is now ready to be collected by DPD for its return journey back to UK Silent Discos.
