UK Silent Discos complies with all UK health and safety requirements

PAT testing of electrical items

• All electrical items undergo annual PAT testing. We are able to provide documentation for all electrical items, on request.

Cleaning of UK Silent Discos items

• All items are cleaned between hires using sprays and/or wipes conforming to BS EN 14476 which is effective against viruses such as Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Faulty / Damaged Items

• UK Silent Discos inspect and test all items before sending and on their return from hire, to ensure they remain in a suitable and serviceable condition for all of our customers. Any items found to be faulty or damaged will be removed from service until they have been suitably repaired. If an item is not suitable for repair, it will be disposed of entirely ensuring our customers never receive faulty items.
